All orders for plain product, that is in stock, with no logo imprinting are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, excluding Holidays*.

Orders for product with a ‘new logo’ that are to be custom imprinted usually ship in 1-2 weeks. Re-orders of 5,000 pcs or less of custom imprinted items usually ship in 2-5 working days.

*USA Public Holidays when Radex is closed: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.  Note: Radex closes annually for the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. 


We primarily use the following carriers to deliver our orders:


**Larger Orders may be sent via LTL Trucking, Ocean Freight, etc. – customer will be notified and approve of an alternate ship method on larger orders.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Generally, we include the shipping carrier, shipping service level (Overnight Air, 2 day, 3 day, ground, etc.), and tracking number on the invoice ‘shipping’ line. This is the invoice that is generated and emailed upon actual shipment of your order, not the order summary generated by this website when the order is placed
**Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If for any reason some of your order items are not in stock, we will notify you immediately via email, telephone, or both methods. You will be given the opportunity to advise us to ship either a partial order, with the balance back-ordered; and modify or cancel your order as you see fit when we do not have all products ordered in stock.
Should you choose to allow us to ship out of stock items at a later date in a separate shipment, you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
